John R. Schneider — Licensed Contractor
Code / Construction Consultant — Construction Expert Witness

John Schneider

John Schneider has worked as an expert witness for over 15 years and he has seen the inherent disparities of the legal system and how it can cripple acase with legal fees, and seemingly never ending delays. Most cases he has worked on have taken a minimum of 2 to 5 years to resolve, and anywhere from $20,000.00 to $700,000.00 in legal fees to pursue the claim. Many times, the cost to litigate far exceeds the cost to repair the defect, creating an undue and economic hardship on the plaintiff.

He can advise his clients on the best course of action that will produce the desired results at the lowest cost. He can refer his clients to the best expert that can assist them.

He has investigated cases for the California State Contractor License Board. John can provided expert witness testimony for clients in court cases.
